Yes. Our ELD Compliance Solution is fully registered and certified by the FMCSA, meeting all requirements of the FMCSA’s ELD Mandate. You can trust that your fleet stays compliant and audit-ready at all times.
Do I have to print my logs during an inspection?
No. With our ELD, there’s no need to carry physical logs. All data can be transmitted electronically during an inspection. If necessary, drivers can also present the information directly on the ELD screen. Additionally, enforcement officers may request supplementary data via email, fax, or other electronic means within 48 hours of a roadside inspection.
Will your ELD help prevent HOS violations?
Absolutely. Our ELD proactively alerts drivers and safety personnel about potential Hours of Service (HOS) violations before they occur. Notifications are sent at multiple intervals — 1 hour, 30 minutes, 15 minutes, and 5 minutes prior to a violation — giving drivers ample time to adjust their schedule and stay compliant.
How can drivers create Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports (DVIRs)?
Drivers can easily generate DVIRs directly within the Legacy ELD Electronic Logbook App. These reports are then instantly available to fleet managers through the Legacy ELD Portal (Dashboard), ensuring complete visibility and streamlined vehicle inspections.
How is driving time recorded?
Driving time is automatically tracked whenever the driver’s mobile device is connected to the ELD via Bluetooth and the vehicle is registered in the app. A vehicle is considered “in motion” when traveling over 5 mph, ensuring accurate HOS logging without manual entry.
